The spirituality of my parents is what inspired me towards the journey of Priesthood. The practices of attending daily morning Mass, Rosary Prayers recited at home before bedtime, and Grace before and after meals, among others, are examples of how my parents taught us the Christian faith. All this helped in shaping me into the person I am, and want to be.

Through growing in faith, and with the inspiration of St. Francis of Assisi, I enrolled myself in YOUFRA (Franciscan Youth Organization). I then joined the minor seminary in 2009 at Uganda Martyrs’ Minor Seminary – Jinja (Uganda) and in 2015, proceeded to the major seminary of Katigondo National Major Seminary – Masaka (Uganda) for Philosophical Studies which I successfully completed in 2018. I have grown closer to God throughout this time and am more certain that Christ is calling me to be a priest. 

It has been a journey of hardship and toiling to reach this far and I am worried that I may not finish because I am not able to pay for the needed fees at the University/Theologicum. Currently, I am in the Third year of Theological Studies at Tangaza University College – Nairobi (Kenya). It is against this that I seek financial support to complete my Theological Studies successfully. 

My major challenge is Tuition fees and I kindly ask anyone to come to my aid for I need to complete my studies so that I can be ordained a Priest.

Once I realize this dream, I intend to serve God’s people in a holistic and integral approach; looking to meet the needs of the poor, the elderly, the disabled, the children, and the youth with the vision of leading their souls to Christ, our Master. I plan on following in the footsteps of Saint Francis as a priest belonging to the Order of Secular Franciscans (OFS).

$500/month is a full sponsorship, but we give options for multiple sponsors to join together to sponsor a seminarian. If a seminarian is already partially sponsored, you may see less options for sponsorship.

Brian will be writing to each sponsor and praying for each family daily. Please know that sponsorship for his studies to become a priest (2 years left) is an enormous answer to his prayers and he will forever be praying for you whether you sponsor him partially or fully.
