Ana Rosas

Hi! My name is Ana Rosas and I am very happy to say that I’ll be volunteering in Uganda this summer!

As a Psychology student in university, I’m very excited to have the opportunity to be part of the Caritas mission trip and provide my love, support, knowledge, and care to the young children in the schools I will be visiting.

Having studied childhood in Psychology, I strongly believe that every child in the world deserves and requires a strong and loving support system and foundation in order to flourish and grow happily. In the three weeks I will be spending in Uganda, I aim to be that strong and loving support system for these children, sharing my knowledge in English and Spanish, arts and crafts, sports, and a good faith in God with strong values and morals.

This trip with my brother will be a very exciting and fulfilling time for him and I, and I hope that we get to learn a lot about ourselves, a new country, and a new culture, applying God’s teachings every step of the way.
