Stephen Tebaguliwa
Rebecca lives with her father, mother, and two siblings (age 10 and 3). Her father has been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS and is currently too sick to work. Her mother works as a farmer but does not own a plot so can only garden in her small yard. She is supporting the family on her own by paying their rent, feeding them, taking care of her sick husband, and paying for the oldest child's school fees. She is unable to pay for her two younger children, Ronald or Rebecca.
