Adrian lives with both parents who are not formally employed, they earn a living by working for people in their gardens all day long to see that the family survives. His parents want their children to be educated very much, especially since they themselves never got the chance when they were young. Unfortunately, the money they earn is only enough to cover some basic needs like food, clothing, and paying rent for the room they are living in.

They do not have a permanent family home because they cannot afford to own one, but amidst all the hardship and challenges they are facing as a family, they have high hopes that their children will do great things if given the chance. They hope that Adrian will have a better life if he is able to finish his education. Adrian is a kind little boy who wants to become a doctor when he grows up.
