Victor is the youngest of eight siblings, and his family's financial situation took a hit when his father passed away in 2021. His father had worked tirelessly to provide for the family and send all of his children to lower-level schools. However, his mother, a peasant farmer, now shoulders the responsibility alone. She is able to produce enough food to feed the family, but the loss of her husband has adversely affected her physical health, leaving her weak and unwell.

While some relatives have tried to support the family, the cost of school fees remains a significant challenge. Keeping the children in school consistently has been difficult, and unfortunately, Victor's education has become a lower priority for the family due to his age.
