Marie Kevin is a dedicated student who loves learning and is currently attending a local school. Her parents, however, are struggling to find stable employment that can support their children's education.

Marie's mother used to work as a cleaner at a hospital but lost her job in 2021 due to staff reductions. Since then, she has joined Marie’s father in gardening, which has become their only source of income. They grow food on a small piece of land and occasionally earn money by helping in other people's gardens.

Having been exposed to the hospital environment, Marie’s mother dreams of her daughter becoming a medical professional—something she herself was never able to achieve. Marie shares this dream, inspired by the medical workers she met during visits to her mother’s workplace. However, achieving this goal will be difficult without financial sponsorship.

Marie and her family live in a remote village where the nearest school is too far to walk each day. For her to have a better future, she needs the opportunity to attend a boarding school.
