Angella has been fortunate to receive sponsorships in the past, but sadly she has lost sponsors four times! She is in great need of a new one so that she can continue to receive the care and education she badly needs.

Angella's mother passed away and her father was too poor to pay for her school fees. He then abandoned the family and now she lives with her grandmother who is a peasant farmer and cannot afford to keep Angella in school on her own.

While Angella desperately needs sponsorship in order to remain in school, she has an even greater need for the love and support a sponsor can give her, particularly since she has known and lost so many sponsors already. She is a friendly girl who hopes to be a nurse when she grows up.
