Patricia was sponsored some years ago but now needs boarding school sponsorship so that she can get everything she needs succeed in life – a safe environment, an education, and enough to eat.

Patricia’s father abandoned the family a number of years ago. Since her father does not support them, her mother has to work very hard to feed her children. She is a peasant farmer who has to spend every day laboring in the garden, otherwise they will not have enough to eat. She cannot afford to send her children to school, but hopes that Patricia will be able to get an education so that she can make a better life for herself.

Patricia is an intelligent girl who enjoys studying science in school, and hopes to become a doctor when she grows up.

To help Patricia go to boarding school, she needs $150/month from one sponsor or $75/month from two sponsors.
